• Exclusivity, revisions, timeline, and platform requirements

A partnership is not created until both parties agree to the applicable terms in writing.

6. Brand Partnerships and Payment Terms

All campaign rates, deposits, payment schedules, deliverables, usage rights, cancellation terms, and other partnership requirements will be stated in a written proposal, statement of work, invoice, or creator agreement.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• A campaign is not confirmed until the applicable written terms have been accepted and any required deposit has been received.

• Invoices are due within 30 calendar days of the invoice date.

• Peyton's Pets may pause work or withhold final deliverables while an invoice remains overdue.

• The client is responsible for approved campaign expenses identified in writing before they are incurred.

• Payments for completed services, delivered content, and work already performed are nonrefundable.

• Deposits and cancellation fees will be handled as stated in the applicable written agreement.

• Late fees, collection expenses, or other charges apply only when included in a signed agreement and permitted by applicable law.

• Content usage, licensing, paid advertising, Spark Ads, whitelisting, editing, exclusivity, and similar rights are granted only as expressly stated in writing.

• Unless the written agreement states otherwise, granted content rights do not begin until all applicable invoices have been paid in full.

Website rates and package descriptions are starting points only and do not constitute a binding offer. Final pricing may vary based on campaign scope, deliverables, licensing, advertising use, exclusivity, revisions, deadlines, and other brand requirements.

7. Independent Contractor Status

Peyton's Pets generally provides creator and promotional services as an independent contractor and not as an employee, partner, representative, or agent of the client.

Peyton's Pets is responsible for its own applicable business and tax obligations. Clients may request appropriate tax documentation and may issue applicable tax reporting forms as required by law.

8. Sponsored and Affiliate Content

Peyton's Pets may receive payment, gifted products, commissions, affiliate compensation, or other benefits in connection with certain content.

Material relationships are disclosed where required. Opinions expressed in reviews or featured content remain those of Peyton's Pets unless otherwise stated.

9. Pet and Product Information

Website content is not veterinary, medical, nutritional, legal, or other professional advice.

Products and practices that are appropriate for one animal may not be appropriate for another. Consult a qualified veterinarian or other appropriate professional regarding your pet's health, diet, safety, or treatment.
